And since when did conservatives stop valuing our elders, calling them a source of stagnation? (Does Smith propose the formation of &quot;death panels&quot; to make sure that nobody lives long enough to stagnate?) 

And since when did conservatives say we should stop our efforts to dominate the forces of nature?</description>
